Do I need my own server?
Not necessarily. We can deploy on a VPS (Hostinger, DigitalOcean, etc.) which costs $5-20/month, or on your own Mac/PC if you prefer. We recommend VPS for reliability — your agent stays running even when your computer is off.
What are the ongoing costs after setup?
Two things: VPS hosting ($5-20/month if you use one) and AI provider API costs. We configure provider routing to minimize API spend — most users spend $5-30/month on API calls depending on usage. There are no hidden fees from us unless you choose managed support.
Is my data secure?
Your agent runs on your own infrastructure. We never host your data. During setup, we need temporary access to configure things, which you can revoke afterward. All API keys and credentials remain on your machine.
OpenClaw or Hermes Agent — which should I choose?
OpenClaw has the larger attention curve and broader gateway ecosystem. Hermes Agent is stronger when memory, scheduled work, terminal workflow, MCP, and provider routing matter. We recommend based on your specific needs during the intake.
What if something breaks after setup?
Pro and Business tiers include support (7 days and 30 days respectively). After that, you can add managed support for ongoing maintenance. For Quick Start, we provide documentation for common fixes.
Can I customize my agent after setup?
Absolutely. Your agent is fully configurable. You can add skills, change providers, adjust persona, modify cron schedules — everything is documented. The setup gives you a strong foundation to build on.
What is your refund policy?
If we can't deliver a working agent within the promised timeframe, you get a full refund. If the setup works but you're unsatisfied within 48 hours of delivery, we offer a 50% refund. We stand behind our work.
