Terms of service
Use NeuralStackly as an operating system for AI governance, not as a legal shortcut.
These terms describe the rules for using NeuralStackly AI register workspaces, approvals, reports, attachments, billing, and consultant workflows. They must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production reliance.
Effective date: July 17, 2026
1. Acceptance and account authority
By accessing NeuralStackly, creating an account, joining a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using a consultant workflow, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. You must have authority to create or manage the workspace and submit the records you add.
2. Service description
NeuralStackly provides an AI register, ownership tracking, review queues, approval workflows, policy acknowledgments, reporting, private evidence attachments, audit history, and consultant collaboration tools.
The service may integrate with authentication, database, storage, email, analytics, error monitoring, and billing providers. Payment method handling and subscription billing are processed through Stripe.
Plans may include usage limits, seat limits, workspace limits, attachment limits, feature gates, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation rules shown in the product or checkout flow.
We may suspend or restrict access where needed for abuse prevention, security, payment failure, legal obligations, or material breach of these terms.
3. Customer data and permissions
You retain ownership of workspace records and uploaded materials you submit. You grant NeuralStackly the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, export, delete, and display that data for the service, support, billing, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. If you upload third-party or employee-related information, you are responsible for having the required rights and notices.
4. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, permissions, and confidentiality of the workspace records and attachments you submit.
- You must invite only authorized users and consultants, keep account access secure, and promptly remove members who no longer need access.
- You must not use NeuralStackly to monitor employees, collect unrelated personal data, upload malware, scrape the service, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI tool decisions with qualified legal, security, privacy, procurement, and business stakeholders where appropriate.
5. Billing, plans, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, payment failures, upgrades, downgrades, taxes, invoices, and customer portal actions are handled through Stripe and reflected in NeuralStackly for feature access. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in the portal; it does not automatically delete workspace data.
6. Export, deletion, and termination
Workspace owners can request exports and deletion where available in the product. Account deletion and workspace deletion may be delayed by recovery windows, sole-owner protections, billing/accounting obligations, abuse investigations, security obligations, backup replay requirements, or legal duties. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, abuse, payment failure, or security risk.
7. Disclaimers
- NeuralStackly is not legal advice, security advice, procurement advice, financial advice, or a formal compliance certification.
- AI-generated drafts, summaries, indicators, or suggestions are operational aids only. Human reviewers remain responsible for final decisions.
- Tool pricing, vendor policies, model behavior, subprocessors, retention terms, and security posture can change outside NeuralStackly.
- The service is provided on an as-available basis except where a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
8. Legal review requirement
These terms are product-aligned launch copy, not counsel-approved legal terms. Before enabling public production sign-up or live billing, NeuralStackly must review the terms, privacy policy, processor list, retention language, cookie language, and security contact workflow with qualified counsel.
